1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TF Invites provides automation services for Apple TestFlight invitations. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. TestFlight and App Store Connect are trademarks of Apple Inc.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. API Usage
You agree to use the App Store Connect API in accordance with Apple's documentation and guidelines. We reserve the right to limit or suspend your access if we detect abusive behavior.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TF Invites, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
